The “We’ll Pay Your Rent While You Build – Promotion” is available on the final release of selected home and land packages offered by Park Hill Designer Homes for customers who pay a $2,000 reservation fee up until 30th June 2026 To remain eligible, customers must exchange on the land contract and building contract paying all necessary deposits within 10 days of the reservation fee being paid. The initial $2,000 deposit is non-refundable if the purchaser chooses not to proceed with the land contract within 7 days of the deposit date. As part of this promotion, Park Hill Designer Homes will contribute towards the customer’s rental payments for up to 36 weeks on the agreed value ($750 per week) payment in quarterly installments during the construction of the selected package commencing construction in 2026. The nominated rental period payments is to commence from the date the slab stages are completed up until practical completion of construction, as defined in the HIA building contract or until the total promotional value is reached, whichever occurs earlier. This rental support is included within the total promotional value of up to ($27,000), which will be outlined in the tender issued by Park Hill Designer Homes.
