Contact our Sales Consultant or visit our display home to help assist you in finding what best suits your needs.

Choose Your Location and Package

Once you have decided on your location, our Sales Consultant can help you find a package with the best design that suits your family size, lifestyle, and budget. We have packages that are ready to be built, under construction or even some that are still on the drawing board.

Secure Your Property

Secure your package with a $2,000 reservation fee. This takes the property off the market for 21 days while you seek your own independent advice from your solicitor or conveyancer.

Exchange Land Contract and Sign Building Contract

Your solicitor or conveyancer will manage the exchange of the land contracts on your behalf. Once you are ready to exchange on the land contract, pay the required deposit and we can move onto preparing the building contract.

Settle on Land and Commence Construction

Upon land registration, settlement of the land will take place and we will coordinate the approval process to start construction of your brand new home.
